- To attend the museum, all guests—including those who qualify for free admission—must reserve a time slot.
- On the day of validity, you are allowed to self-park your car for free for three hours. There is also valet parking and electric car charging available. Please be aware that parking spots are scarce and subject to availability.
- Bring the ticket voucher to the entry gate, along with a copy of your passport or Emirates ID.
- It's OK for you to take pictures and videos without using a flashlight. Only Non-Commercial Use Is Allowed for the Photos.
- Visitors under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by an adult.
- It is Not Permitted to Bring Your Own Food or Drinks Into the Museum.
- The museum does not allow pets.
- Museum of the Future Full Access To The Museum Experience And Facilities Is Available With Dubai Tickets.
- One day before to the scheduled departure date, 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made between zero and one day prior to the scheduled departure date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total tour cost.
- Certain tours and events may be cancelled in the event of inclement weather, government limitations, or any other uncontrollable situations. In these situations, other workable choices will be offered. There won't be a financial return available, though.
- Children under 3 years are free of charge.
