Inclusions & Exclusions
- The policies and procedures established by The Green Planet Management apply to all visitors entering the facility.
- Flash photography is not allowed, nor are tripods, selfie sticks, or monopods.
- Please do not handle, feed, disturb, or otherwise interfere with the plants or animals for their health and welfare.
- No smoking is permitted within The Green Planet.
- Wearing modest clothing is a necessary. Inappropriate clothing is grounds for guest admittance refusal, as reserved by The Green Planet.
- Entering the facility is prohibited for food and beverages.
- Tickets for public admission are included in the price. Every encounter with an animal will have a distinct cost.
- Children need adult supervision at all times. The behavior and general well-being of the child in their care are the responsibility of the adults.
- It is not possible to cancel these tickets. They do, however, remain valid for a long while.
- Children under 3 years are free of charge.
