Inclusions & Exclusions
- Please make sure you have a copy of your passport or an Emirates ID with you when you visit the location.
- Global Village admission is free for one companion and holders of People of Determination (specially-abled) ID cards.
- Those who possess ID cards that identify them as People of Determination (specially-abled) are eligible to enter Dubai Miracle Garden free of charge, with a discounted fee for one partner.
- Tuesdays (apart from public holidays) are designated for ladies, families, and couples.
- Please be aware that after you leave the property, you won't be allowed to return.
- If the code has been scanned previously, altered, or is no longer valid, the ticket is void.
- Children are required to wear safety wrist bands that Global Village provides at the Ticketing Booths and Information Kiosks for their own protection.
- Children who are lost or alone will be brought to the Lost Explorers Area within "Gate of the World" until their parents come to pick them up. For the length of the child's stay, a service charge will be made.
- It is not allowed to bring food or beverages from outside the park inside the boundaries.
- Global Village maintains the right to use an X-Ray machine to examine every guest's bag. Suitcases and travel bags are not permitted within the park.
- Visitors should always wear modest clothing, which includes covering their shoulders and legs down to their knees.
- It is advised to refrain from making public displays of affection out of consideration for other guests' comfort.
- Wheeled equipment (such as scooters, bicycles, skateboards, and roller skates) cannot be used inside the park unless they are rented there.
- Pets and animals are not permitted on the property.
- Without a permit, filming is not permitted.
- One day before to the scheduled departure date, 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made between zero and one day prior to the scheduled departure date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total tour cost.
- Certain tours and events may be cancelled in the event of inclement weather, government limitations, or any other uncontrollable situations. In these situations, other workable choices will be offered. There won't be a financial return available, though.
- Children under 3 years are free of charge.
