Booking Confirmation / Ticket(s) holder(s) should arrive 15 minutes prior to the entry time shown on the Ticket(s).
Children up to the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit to the At the Top. No food or beverages are allowed At the Top.
The Booking Confirmation will automatically expire at the end of the specified day and time, and it is only valid for the same.
Non Prime Hours Time :- 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM & 6:30 PM Untill Closing; Prime Hours Time :- 4 – 6 PM
Tickets for the Burj Khalifa are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other reason. They can only be used once.
Ticket(s) prices may be varied at any time and no decrease in price shall entitle the Booking Confirmation / Ticket(s) holder to any refund.
Guests must keep personal belonging with them at all times. Emaar shall not be liable for any lost or stolen property.
Booking confirmations and/or tickets may only be used once, and they are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason, either before or after they expire. No replacement, refund, or exchange of any kind will be granted for any lost, damaged, or stolen ticket(s).
Child Policy Amendment (Effective from 1st January 2024)
Child tickets are valid only for children aged 8 years and below.

The entire cost of the reservation will be deducted as cancellation fees if the cancellation is made one day or more prior to the departure date.
The whole amount of the reservation will be deducted as cancellation fees if the cancellation is made less than one day prior to the departure date.
Certain travel plans or events might be canceled due to inclement weather, governmental regulations, or other uncontrollable situations. Other workable choices will be offered in such circumstances. But there won't be a financial refund offered.
