Inclusions & Exclusions
- Ski Dubai retains the right to request evidence of age, so please carry a valid ID.
- For safety precautions, ski/snowboard equipment, jackets, pants, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets will be available at the event.
- Children must be at least eight years old, at least 125 cm tall, and weighing more than 30 kg in order to ride the Snow Bullet Ride. Adults shouldn't weigh more than 120 kg.
- Only proficient skiers and snowboarders are allowed access to the slopes.
- Only at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (open Friday through Saturday from 8.30 AM to 12:00 AM, Sunday through Wednesday from 8 AM to 10 PM, and Thursday through Saturday from 8 AM to 11 PM) is it permissible to drink and eat outside.
- Children under the age of thirteen must wear helmets.
- If there are no open spots, Park has the right to refuse admission. In these situations, visitors will be asked to reschedule their visit on an other day.
- There may be weight and height limitations on certain rides and attractions.
- You can cancel these tickets up to 48 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.
