  • Please make sure you have a copy of your passport or an Emirates ID with you when you visit the palace.
  • It is advised that visitors to the palace dress modestly, covering their shoulders and knees.
  • Please be aware that after you leave the property, you won't be allowed to return.
  • Before entering the building, it is advised that you turn your cell phones to silent mode.
  • The great hall and exhibition rooms are off-limits to food and drink consumption (bottled water excluded).
  • Strollers can be brought into the palace and are provided for a fee.
  • Cases or bags bigger than 500 W by 350 H (mm) won't be permitted to pass security inspection.
  • Visitors with special needs may enter the palace for free, but their companion must buy a ticket.
  • On the premises, pets are not permitted.
  • It is not permitted to take commercial photographs. You are only allowed to capture pictures and videos for your own use. Tripods less than fifteen inches can be used.
  • Taking images or videos of any security guards or security equipment within the palace or on its property is prohibited.

  • These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.
