Inclusions & Exclusions
- Location Address: Dubai's SkyDive Desert Drop Zone, balloon flight operation facility.
- Please bring with you a valid form of identification (passport or other official government ID). (Passengers who do not have a valid ID are not permitted to board.)
- The day before the flight, the waiver form must be completed. Kindly complete the Wavier Form and submit it electronically.
- Maximum weight to be eligible: 119 kg
- Hot air balloons have a maximum capacity of 10-28 passengers.
- A pregnant woman cannot board a plane.
- Children less than 5 Years and above 80 years old are not allowed to travel by fly. It is strictly forbidden for anyone under the influence of alcohol or other drugs to fly (but the pilot has complete authority to determine if a passenger is eligible).
- It is not advised that anyone participate in this sport if they have a serious heart condition, severe knee and back pain, a broken leg or arm, or have had major surgery within the last six months.
- Physical and emotional/mental health impairments are not acceptable categories for disability.
- Furthermore, it is mandatory for every passenger to sign a declaration stating they do not have any of the aforementioned issues.
- Timings for sharing transfers might be adjusted based on the itinerary.

- You can decide for an additional fee to have a video recording of the flight and the event banner on the basket.
- Subject to availability, the tour date and time are subject.
- These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.
- Children between age 5 to 11 years of will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 11 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate
