Inclusions & Exclusions
- To enter, the confirmation number must be presented at the door.
- Insurance: In compliance with local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization laws, each passenger is covered.
- The weather and visibility are factors that affect every flight.
- Helicopter flights prohibit the use of food, drink, and smoking.
- The location will be disclosed following the booking, and the time period is contingent to availability.
- Regulations governing air traffic control or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our reasonable control, such as weather and visibility, may cause changes to flight routes and length.
- All flights will be rescheduled at the client's earliest convenience in the case of a cancellation.
- To check in at the Helipad, passengers must have a photo ID or passport. Additionally, needed will be a working phone number.
- Any recorded material cannot be utilized for profit, and personal cameras are only allowed to use lenses that are smaller than 400 mm.
- Please give yourself about two hours to fully enjoy your experience after arriving.
- We forbid flying with passengers weighing 140 kg or more.
- 45 minutes prior to the departure time is when check-in takes place.
- Only passengers who are at least 2 years old are permitted to travel due to safety concerns.
- Indicate each passenger's weight separately.
- 5.0% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation costs if cancellations are made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date.
- A cancellation fee of 25.0% of the total tour cost will be assessed if the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
- Fifty percent of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation costs if cancellations are submitted between seven and fifteen days prior to the departure date.
- Cancellations made between zero and seven days prior to the scheduled departure date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total tour cost.
- Certain tours and events may be cancelled in the event of inclement weather, government limitations, or any other uncontrollable situations. In these situations, other workable choices will be offered. There won't be a cash refund available, though.
- Children under 2 years are not allowed.
