In order to prove your identity at the point of entrance, please bring a valid ID.
Children under two and expectant mothers are not permitted on the Glass Bottom Boat.
If for technical or meteorological reasons any part of an attraction is not operational, the service provider is not liable.
Children under the age of fifteen must be accompanied by an adult who is fifteen or older.
Refunds for partially used services are not available.
Admission to attractions such as the Dubai Aquarium Tunnel, Dubai Aquarium, and Underwater Zoo is included in the Basic Pass Combo, while the Explorer Pass Experience includes the same attractions as the Basic Pass Combo plus a Glass Bottom Boat Tour.
At the time of arrival, each guest must present identification.
With the exception of the Rayn Encounter and Penguin Encounter sections, the venue is wheelchair and stroller accessible.
Kindly arrive fifteen minutes ahead of time.
Everyone accessing the venue must abide by the guidelines established by the management.
While they are free to enter, infants under two years old are not permitted on the glass bottom boat.
